What is an Early Learning Preschool Class in Pembina Hills?
-Pembina Hills Public Schools offer an Early Learning Program for children with complex and mild/moderate needs who require specific skill instruction in a small, play based learning setting.
-The classes will consist of a variety of learners including typically developing children. The program is structured to meet the needs of each child with an emphasis on learning through play, guided by a qualified staff.

-A skilled Educational Team comprised of Program assistants, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Behavior Specialist and Early Education Teacher work together to plan the program and address the needs of the children.
Parental involvement in the child’s program is encouraged through Family Classroom Visits with one or more members of the Learning Team. These pre-arranged focus visits bridge learning goals from school to the home environment.
